Public Speaking Anxiety

Heights Phobia
"It's quite amazing how I could live with an extreme phobia and live my life around it. I had a fear of heights and looking back on it, I believe it was quite a major fear. I could not even stand near a window if I was quite high up in a building (quite high is the third floor), and the London Eye would have been a definite "NO"! However Andy Stylianou helped in one quick session of NLP and I was amazed at the results. Not only did I go on the London Eye which I couldn't even manage before, I also went on a cable cart and was about 200-300 feet in the air, and both times I was completely at ease. Even though I was skeptical before the session, it worked, and I can vouch for that as I am living proof. Thanks again Andy your a star."
