The word Ki means Life Force or energy and is the basic energy which is keeping us alive, grows the grass in the fields and the hair on our head and keeps the tides and planets in harmony.
Tension, stress and pressure of modern living all combine to diminish the flow of energy in us and we become rigid, as if constantly physically braced to withstand a blow.
Ki Massage is designed to break down this resistance, to take the stress out of every muscle in turn so that the body becomes fluid and the energy is capable of flowing freely throughout the person again.
