How do I go about ordering an Advanced Hair Analysis Test?

Call our Front Desk on 25 32 85 85 and make your appointment for the initial consultation, where we fill out a questionnaire, take the hair sample, talk through the various options and finalise payment.

Either call the Front Desk on 25 32 85 85 or email us at info@therapolis.com and we will email you the questionnaire. You can then email it back and call us to pay for the Test with a credit card. Then you can send us your hair sample by post.
You can then decide if you wish to make an appointment for a face to face follow up with for your results or receive them via email and discuss over the phone if required.

- From abroad
We carry out the Test globally. Email us at info@therapolis.com and we will email you the questionnaire. You can then email it back and call us to pay for the Test with a credit card. Then you can send us your hair sample by post.
Once we receive your results, we will prepare them and send them to you via email. If any clarification is required, we can do this by email or over by phone.

My hair is coloured or permed, is that ok?

It is fine; in fact the majority of our clients colour their hair. It has no effect on the test results.

Do I need to wash my hair before the sample is taken?

It is not necessary, as the condition of the hair itself has no effect on the results.

How much hair do you need?

We only need a small amount, approximately 5 strands of hair about an inch (2 cms) long. If you have any concerns that it is too little, just provide a little more. It is ok, it grows back

Where from the head do you need the sample from?

Anywhere is fine. We take it from the back, underneath the hair so that it doesn’t show. If you do not have any hair n your head, please enclose hair from another part of your body. Please indicate this in your questionnaire.

How long till I get my results?

Once we have received your questionnaire, hair sample, and payment it normally takes one to two weeks. In some cases, it is sooner, sometimes later. In exceptional circumstances, the most length of time it will take is one month.

How often should I get an Advanced Hair Analysis Test done?

Approximately once a year, depending on your health condition. For follow ups, you can just carry out the Health Test as long as you carried out the Complete Tests previously. If however, you want to do the Complete Package again, that is perfectly ok.

Is the Advanced Hair Analysis Test covered by health insurance?

At this time, insurance does not cover this testing.
